Delivery

As you'd imagine, due to the nature of our craft, we don't keep a large stock and most garments are created especially for you. We aim to produce and dispatch all orders within two days of their placement using Royal Mail services.

This means you can expect your order with you in 3-5 working days in the UK and 7-10 working days elsewhere in the world. That said, if you find yourself in a bit of a rush, there's always the Express option for deliveries in the UK.

International Duties & Tax

Customs Duty / Excise Duty and/or Import VAT may be applied by local authorities for orders shipped outside the EU. These are paid by the receiver. Please contact your country's customs for further information.

Returns

We get it that sometimes, unlikely as it is, you might want to return a product to us.

No problem - all catalogue items can be returned for exchange or refund unworn, in their original packaging, within 14 days of purchase / delivery.

Custom orders aren't eligible for exchange or refund.

The Returns Policy below does not affect your statutory rights (e.g. your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Returns Policy

You are entitled to return a product to us where:

we receive the returned item within 14 days of purchase / delivery;
the returned item is unused, in its original packaging and with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new;

You will be required to cover any costs associated with sending the item/s to us.
